If you have a hunter in the family, chances are you now have deer meat in the freezer. Here’s a delicious stew recipe that I saved years ago from the “San Antonio Express-News” cooking column. I promise you, it will have folks begging for seconds. It’s equally good with beef, too.

3/4 cup of flour

Our own member, Sheri Hensley, presented a program on the Quantum Healing System (QHS) this week. She is one of the “early adopters” of a new technology, dubbed QTWave, and she is participating in a proof of concept study for the Quantum healing device.
