What’s Cookin’ in Canadian: Baked Tuna Steak

Mike is a master griller, but fish is not always easy—often going from delicious to hockey puck in a matter of seconds. We discovered that baking it with a rub and aromatics is almost foolproof. This easy cooking method can be used for salmon steaks as well.

Electrical journeyman Morgan Hanes talks about his trade

Body
Morgan Hanes gave his classification talk as a new member of Rotary last week. Morgan was born in Canadian. His parents are Jesse and Jonilyn Hanes. Morgan graduated from Canadian High School in 2003 and attended college, but found this was not the direction he wanted to go. He worked for Chesapeake as a lease operator and for Eagle Rock, but each of these companies either sold or went under. He wanted a more stable career and decided to begin his electrical career by joining Basic Electric. That was five years ago, and he now has his residential journeyman’s license.

What's Cookin' in Canadian: Thai Mango Ice Cream

Body
I found this recipe on the YouTube Channel “Pailin’s Kitchen” while researching various Thai meals. It turned out to be a real winner. It’s a cool and refreshing dessert to complete a lovely meal. I’d say it’s more like a sorbet than an ice cream but every bit as delicious. Enjoy!
