Canadian High School Theatre students performed A Christmas Carol on Nov. 26 and Nov. 27 at the Texas Crown Performance Hall. Director Mistie Walser said they had a great crowd for both performances. The money from tickets goes to the CHS theatre department and pays for costumes, props, performance fees, and travel expenses for the one-act play. “It was a great play to direct,” Walser said, “[The students] were spectacular. The carolers were amazing, and the actors came out with energy.”
This Saturday, Dec. 3, Abi Black (CHS Class of 2021) will be marching with the Purdue All-American Band at the Big Ten Conference Championship in Indianapolis’ Lucas Oil Stadium.
