Paul Wayne Franks, 76, of Pampa, died Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019. Celebration of Life graveside services were held at 2 pm on Friday, Dec. 13, at Memory Gardens Cemetery Mausoleum, with Interim Hospice Chaplain Penny Harvey officiating. Arrangements were by Winegeart Funeral Home in Pampa.
JoAnne Easden, 82, of Groveland, Illinois, died Dec. 17, 2019. Funeral services were held on Dec. 27 at Henderson Funeral Home and Crematory in Pekin, Illinois. Graveside services will be held at 2 pm on Friday, Jan. 3, 2020, at Eller Flat Prairie Dell Cemetery in Hemphill County, with Gary Jahnel officiating. Elizabeth Jean Smalley, 23, of Petersburg, died Thursday, Dec. 5, 2019, in Lubbock. Graveside services were held at 2 pm on Wednesday, Dec. 11, in the Petersburg Cemetery. Services were under the direction of Abell Funeral Home and Flower Shop of Abernathy.
Beatrice “Joyce” Ford Perkins, 85, of Wheeler, died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2019, in Wheeler. Services were held at 2 pm today [Thursday, Dec. 5] at the Cornerstone Church, with Rev. Rodney Weatherly and Pastor Erron Mercer, officiating. Burial followed in the Wheeler Cemetery in Wheeler. Arrangements were by Robertson Funeral Directors of Wheeler.
Martha “Sissy” Harris Miller, 91, of Brenham, died Oct. 22, 2019, at her home in Brenham. Memorial services were held Friday, Oct. 25, at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Brenham. Arrangements were by Brenham Memorial Chapel in Brenham.
