What's Cookin' in Canadian: Peach and Mustard-Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Body
This is a variation of several online recipes that called for peach preserves. I had very sweet, ripe, fresh peaches that I smashed with a potato masher. You can put peaches in a blender for a less chunky version. We grill our pork, but this can easily be cooked in a 400-degree oven for 20 minutes. I recommend that you rub with olive oil, salt, and pepper and sear in skillet before baking in the marinade. Enjoy!
