Body What a wonderful Fall Foliage we had this year! This year’s quilt show had many beautiful quilts on display, and we had almost 250 visitors over the weekend, with two-thirds of the visitors from out of town.

Body My tomato plants look horrid, just horrid BUT they are still producing lovely little red fruit so I will ignore the brown and limp foliage and make this delicious pasta. Roasting any vegetable enhances the flavor, with tomatoes it brings out a wonderful rich sweetness.
