Former Canadian resident Skye Elise Newton graduated on Saturday, May 29, from Henrietta High School and plans to attend Midwestern State University this fall, where she will major in business management, with a minor in accounting.

Canadian High School band members Abi Black and Arthur Klein Brown have each been awarded gold medals for their performances in the UIL State Solo and Ensemble Competition. Due to Covid-19 the students had to videorecord their performance and send it virtually to be judged.
