Lillian Marie Ogburn Jackson, devoted wife, beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother (Mimi), accomplished musician and faithful friend, passed peacefully from this world to the next on November 22 at her home in Georgetown, Texas. She was 98.

PORT LAVACA — Orla Boyde Curnutt, 88, of Port Lavaca, passed away, Saturday, October 21, 2023. He was born on July 21, 1935 in Canadian, Texas, to the late Orla Hezekiah and Marie Elizabeth Curnutt.
He is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Curnutt; daughter, Deanne Weise (Rev. Keith R. Weise); and son, Greg Curnutt. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and sisters Joyce Givhan and Betty Karen Eggleston.
