School Board candidate Heath Hayden
Body

I am excited to announce my candidacy for the Canadian ISD Board of Trustees. I have long been an advocate for education and Canadian’s reputation for its academic excellence was a major reason for my decision to locate here in 2011. I personally have experience with education at a variety of levels and know the value of having a strong foundation in the K-12 level.

I now have three young children and the oldest will be entering CISD this upcoming school year. I want to do my part to ensure that our school system continues to aim for excellence at all levels of faculty, staff, and administration. I personally have experience serving on boards, currently and in the past. That experience will help me be a valuable member of the board and I am eager to learn how the board needs me and what I can do for them. I will always be open to anyone’s questions or concerns now or after the election.

I would appreciate your vote.

Thank you,
Heath Hayden, DVM
