I SAW YOUR AD on the last page of today’s Record. That makes me sad, but I certainly cannot blame you for wanting to retire after all these many years of very difficult, all-consuming work. I do hope that a good candidate comes along who will have an interest in saving the Record and who can continue in the manner in which you have published the paper for so many years.

Seeking donors

Body
ON MAY 12, my sister, Rachel Broadbent Collier, was diagnosed with the blood cancer lymphoma. She is the oldest of nine siblings as well as a wife and mother to five children. In the days since her diagnosis, her oncologist has told her that she is in need of a bone marrow transplant. In order for her to receive this transplant, she will need to match with a bone marrow donor. This transplant has the potential to save her life. If any of you feel called to be a donor, you can sign up at BeTheMatch.org. Whether you choose to be bone marrow donor, financial donor, or lift a prayer, we would appreciate it very much!
