Body Early voting in the July 14 Democratic and Republican primary runoff elections begins next Monday, June 29 and continues through Friday, July 10. All early voting ballots in both primaries will be cast at Hemphill County Courthouse, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
