William “Bill” Bernard Rogers, 83, of Bowie, Texas, passed away peacefully on September 5, 2026, from cancer at Hospice of Wichita Falls, Texas.Funeral services will take place at 10 am on Friday, September 11, at the First Methodist Church of Bowie. Burial will follow at Joy Cemetery.
