Body As Friday’s deadline for filing in the May 2 local elections looms, there are still no contested races.

Body Early voting for all Hemphill County precincts in both the Democratic and Republican primary elections will be conducted on the second floor of Hemphill County Courthouse, in Suite 202. Early ballots may be cast Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, starting Tuesday, Feb.
