Kenneth (Hal) Halland Roberts was born on Oct. 21, 1949, in Chickasaw, Oklahoma, to Juanita (Baird) and E.J. (Pat) Roberts. He entered into heaven on July 29, 2020, to spend eternity with his parents and his beloved wife and best friend of 40 years, Susie.
