I agree with Michael Shannon’s comment that risotto can be a pain in the you-know-what. Once you start cooking the risotto, you must stir constantly. However, I can testify that the effort is so worth it. If there had been any leftovers, I would have smuggled them home in my purse.

I CANNOT EXPRESS how refreshing it is to have schoolchildren visit us again! We had Baker Elementary’s third and fourth grades visit us on Tuesday, April 6. Then, later that week, Lefors Elementary’s third, fourth, and fifth grades visited both the museum and The Citadelle on Friday, April 9.
