What’s Cookin’ in Canadian

Body
I walked into the room as Pati Jinich’s, a wonderful cook raised in Mexico, was on her TV show pulling this dish out of the oven. Went immediately to her website (patijinch.com) to print out this recipe. Glad I did. As a garlic lover, this chicken promises to be crispy, tender, and full of delightful flavors. Enjoy! KIM B. Opening Night at Larry Dunnam Field

Body
A total of 115 players suited up for opening night of the Canadian Community Center’s summer 2022 baseball season Monday, and—following their introduction to the crowd in the stands—stood lining the field for a tribute to the late Larry Dunnam, for whom the field was named.
Over a hundred baseball players and their coaches turn to salute the flag as it is raised by members of the Buffalo Wallow Chapter of the Young Marines.
