I love to read. Read a lot of news. In order to stay reasonably sane, I space my news articles with ones on plants and food. When I came across this photo by Heather Wolf on her www.wisking wolf.com website, it stopped in my tracks. It looked like Spring. Then I read the recipe. Sounds delicious and involves an easy 20-minute prep before chilling. Don’t see why you can’t make it with fresh raspberries or blueberries.
