Isabel Soto and J.C. Chappell, both of Edmond, Oklahoma, have announced their engagement and upcoming marriage.

The bride-elect graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in dance. She is currently employed as the executive director of the nonprofit organization, REAL Single Moms.
