Roy “Buddy” Waters, 86, of Pampa, passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2026 in Canadian.
Graveside services will be held at 2 pm on Wednesday, June 24, in Wheeler Cemetery with Rev. Thacker Haynes, pastor of McLean Methodist Church, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory.
