Body James "Jimmy" Howard Sanders, lovingly known as "Papaw," entered into the arms of his Heavenly Father on August 5, 2025, after a long and courageous battle with illness. A memorial service will be held at 11 am, August 8, 2025, at Green Lawn Church of Christ, in Lubbock.

Body Joe Robert Grist, Sr. was born on March 30, 1966 in Amarillo, Texas. Joe passed away on August 13, 2024 in Snyder, Texas at the age of 58.A visitation for Joe will be held Friday, August 23, from 6-8 pm at Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home, 5701 Highway 277 South, Abilene, Texas 79606.
