After Regional competition held at the Matador Wildlife Center north of Puducah, both the Canadian FFA Wildlife and Range teams will advance to state competition. The Wildlife team placed first in the region, with Karson Thompson placing second individually, and Cesicilly Beach placing third. The Range team placed second in the area with Kinley Long placing fifth, with her best score yet. Cescilly Beach placed sixth; Delaney Huntress placed seventh; and Jackson Poe placed eighth. Ag teacher Brandon Meier said, “These students' scores have improved a lot from the beginning of the year. A little practice goes a long way.”
