Johnny McCraw, 67, of Pampa, and formerly of Canadian, died May 22, 2019, in Pampa. Memorial services were held at 2 pm on Wednesday, May 29, at the Priest Park Church of God with Pastor Matthew Jones, of Priest Park Church of God, officiating. Cremation and arrangements were under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Johnny was born Sept. 24, 1951, in Canadian, to Elaine and Sid McCraw. He was raised and attended school in Canadian. He worked for many years as a Dozer operator. Johnny met and married the love of his life, Vivian Settle, on Jan. 11, 1999, in Elk City, Oklahoma. They moved to Pampa in 2013. One of his favorite things was to listen to all Canadian Wildcat athletics. He was an avid Dallas Cowboy and Alabama Crimson Tide football fan, and an avid collector of hot-rod cars. Johnny will be remembered as a hardworking man who took care of his family and had a quick wit. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Johnny was preceded in death by his parents; a granddaughter, Ashlyn Marcum; and a son, B.J. McCraw.

Survivors include his wife, Vivian McCraw of the home; a daughter, Shelli Hayes and husband Jim of Pampa; a stepdaughter, Kerri Byrd and husband James of Bentonville, Arkansas; two granddaughters, Nikki Marcum of Pampa and Paige Holland of Borger; two grandsons, Billy Brittenham of Borger and Michael Byrd of Bentonville, Arkansas; four great-grandsons, Nash Wilson, Jett Wilson, Easton Morgan, Xzaiden Moreno; and other extended family.
