Any time a recipe, like this one from Allrecipes.com, boasts over a thousand 4-1/2 star reviews, I am intrigued. I liked the look of this one. Because I am usually cooking for just two, I usually make two smaller meatloaves, freezing one to enjoy later. You can also bake mini individual meatloaves by using a muffin pan. Enjoy!
