Fidel Alvarado-Parra (left), 42, of Woodward, Oklahoma, was arrested by DPS Trooper Matt Cipolone on Friday, July 5, following a one-vehicle rollover (see related report), in which the passenger was killed. Alvarado-Parra was charged with intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle, a second-degree felony. He was released July 6 on $50,0000 bond.

Sara Symbol Mitchell (right), 37, of Pampa, was arrested by Deputy Jerri Ortega on Friday, June 28, on felony warrants issued by Hemphill County Sheriff’s office. She is being held on a charge of possession of less than one gram of a controlled substance, a state jail felony; possession of dangerous drugs, a class A misdemeanor; and possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana, a class B misdemeanor. Her bond for all three charges was set at $49,000.
