I am announcing that I will be seeking re-election as Precinct 1 Hemphill County Commissioner in the 2024 election.

It has been an honor to serve the people of Hemphill County and Precinct 1 since January 2017. I have enjoyed working with the other commissioners and county judge to make the best decisions possible for our citizens.

My priorities as County Commissioner are to:

1) Budget carefully, in order to be a wise steward of county tax dollars and protect county assets.

2) Take care of buildings, roads, services, and activities in our county.

3) Be visionary and open to new ideas. As economic conditions change, it is important to be forward-thinking, always looking for potential opportunities for our county.
