What's Cookin' in Canadian: Oven-Fried Parmesan Chicken
From my “Taste of Home Cookbook,” this dish is quick, easy, and delicious. I only had four nicely sized chicken thighs on hand, so I cut the ingredients in half. It was just as delicious as when I’ve made it using the full recipe. Kids love this dish, too. Enjoy. TINA JAROSEK
