What's Cookin' in Canadian: Black Magic Gingerbread
My cousin Beverly, once again, came through with a wonderful recipe, this time Black Magic Gingerbread. I served it with pears for breakfast, but I can assure you, it was equally delicious with red wine for dessert. Moist, not too sweet, with lots of ginger flavor. Enjoy!
