Panhandle PBS’ signature local program will come back for a second season in August. The Handle, a newsmagazine program, will return at 7 p.m. Aug. 29. It will air weekly for 12 weeks at 7 p.m. Thursdays on Panhandle PBS, encoring at midnight Saturdays (late Fridays) and 4:30 p.m. Sundays.
