A hearing will be conducted by Hemphill County commissioners at 9 am on Monday, Nov. 15, to receive public comment on the redistricting of county election, justice of the peace, and commissioners court precincts.

In what has become an eagerly-anticipated tradition, Citadelle Art Foundation Executive Director Wendie Cook and her staff worked with Canadian Elementary School secondgraders and their teachers last Friday on their annual Veterans Day Art Project.

In the second consecutive weekend spent stringing Christmas lights at Sunset Park, Chamber of Commerce Events Coordinator Jackie McPherson was blessed with a blue sunlit sky, light wind, and a team of nine energetic high school student volunteers who helped drape the trees.
