Early voting began Monday, October 20 and continues through Friday, October 31 in the November 4 election. Among the decisions voters will tackle are nineteen proposed amendments to the Texas Constitution.
The League of Women Voters of Texas has published a Guide to Voters which provides the text of each of the proposed 17 Constitutional Amendments, along with a simple explanation of what it means and brief arguments both for and against each proposition.
