Groundbreaking for the new MVSL facility took place on July 24, 2019. Residents moved in mid-January 2021, followed by a wet spring and summer that proved a test of the drainage system on the sloped site—a test that it soon failed. The result has been an eyesore on the outside of an otherwise beautiful complex.
