I was excited to wear my new dress. It was slimming, I thought: all black and covered with flounces from the neckline to the hemline.

I AM THRILLED to be serving our community as the new director of the River Valley Pioneer Museum and excited for the year ahead. I begin my journey here with a very grateful heart for the work that’s been done before me to build such a wonderful facility and collection for our community and guests. I am also deeply grateful for the community that supports our museum through memberships and donations. Our first year participating in the Panhandle Gives campaign was a great success, thanks to you!
