This recipe was found in my “Pasta Presto” cookbook by Norman Kolpas. It lists 100 fast and fabulous pasta sauces including this four-ingredient winner. Fettuccine is the classic pasta to use, but any ribbon pasta broad enough to hold the creamy sauce will do just fine. Enjoy!

John and Nancy Wheeler will celebrate their 60th anniversary on Wednesday, March 16. They were married at the First Christian Church in Canadian. Joining them in their celebration are three of their four children: Monty Wheeler and his wife, Dianne; Stacey Wheeler and his wife, Mary Jane; and Brandon Wheeler and his wife, Rae; along with 10 grandchildren. Their oldest son, Doug Wheeler, is deceased.

Beth Briant introduced Ashton Macias (photo above), who is the president of the board of directors for Rachel’s Little House. Laura Valles is the daycare director, and Macias told of the fantastic job she is doing.

Wildcat and Lady Cat golfers teed off their season with last week’s Canadian Invitational, which attracted players from 11 area schools. The Wildcat boys golf team warmed up the greens on Monday, Feb.
