Paul Wayne Franks, 76, of Pampa, died Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2019. Celebration of Life graveside services were held at 2 pm on Friday, Dec. 13, at Memory Gardens Cemetery Mausoleum, with Interim Hospice Chaplain Penny Harvey officiating.
