Rachel Nicole (Broadbent) Collier, 43, passed peacefully after her fouryear battle with lymphoma on Saturday, Jan. 7, 2023, in Dallas, where she was undergoing her second bone marrow transplant. Friends and family will be welcomed for a celebration of her life at First Baptist Church in Perryton on Saturday, Jan. 28, at 11 am.

Marian Elaine Poarch Dickerson, 88, of Pampa, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2023, in Pampa.

George T. “Stretch” Williams, 60, of Canadian, passed away on Friday, Jan. 13, 2023, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Graveside services will be held at 2 pm on Friday, Jan. 20, at Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery with Donald Hill officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Canadian.

Don Burch, 82, of Canadian, stepped into the arms of Jesus on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023, in Canadian.

Mark Alton Farrington, 66, of Amarillo, succumbed after a two-year battle with cancer on Dec. 19, 2022, as a hospice patient. A memorial service was held on Thursday, Dec. 29, in the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel in Amarillo.

Loreta “Purple” Eldora McMullen Morgan, 92, of Canadian, stepped into the arms of Jesus on Friday, Dec. 30, 2022, in Canadian. Funeral services were held at 2 pm on Tuesday, Jan. 3, at the Carmichael-Whatley Canadian Chapel with Donald Hill officiating. Burial followed in Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Canadian.

John Carl Worthington, 61, of Pampa, lost his battle with cancer on Jan. 2, 2023, in Amarillo.

John D. Seaman, 84, of Perryton, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2022. A graveside service was held on Saturday, Dec. 31, at the Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery in Canadian, with Rev. Mark Metzger officiating. Viewing/visitation was held on Friday, Dec. 30, from 9 am to 9 pm at Boxwell Brothers Funeral Home, Inc. of Perryton.

Justo Macias, 94, of Canadian, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2022, in Canadian. He loved the Lord and his family, proudly served in the U.S. Army, and was a wonderful neighbor and friend. Services were held on Wednesday, Dec. 28, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Father Marco Antonio Gonzalez officiating. Burial followed at Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery, with arrangements by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Canadian.
