The Canadian Community Center’s mission is “to improve the health and vitality of our community.” In service to that mission, the CCC offers programs for citizens of all ages, from preschool-age children to seniors.
For adults, there is a fully-equipped weight room; cardio equipment; an ever-changing array of group fitness classes, Tuesday night basketball, racquetball, a sauna, and weight-loss challenges.
