The collision caused minimal damage to the pickup, and extensive damage to the front of the Buick. No injuries were reported as a result of the accident. Firefighters from several area fire departments were dispatched Sunday afternoon to provide mutual aid to a wildfire in Roberts County, which, at last report burned 11,520 acres of land, threatened 10 structures and two ranch compounds, and temporarily closed FM 283.
