Richard James “Ricky” Velasquez, 42, of Pampa, was completely healed as he took his Father’s hand on Monday, Nov. 15, 2021, and joined Him in Heaven for eternity. Celebration of Life memorial services were held Monday, Nov. 22, at The Carpenter’s Church in Pampa, with Brother Jim Sinyard officiating.
