Ninety-two 4-H and FFA exhibitors show their animals in Saturday’s event
Junior Livestock Show
The Hemphill County Junior Livestock Show was a success. There were 92 total entries. Sales totaled $84,850 for 2023, up a whopping $14,200 from last year.
Judge Austin Voyles brought a dry comedic sense of humor to the ring. Overall, he praised the quality of the pigs and goats. He gave credit to 4-H and FFA leaders as well as breeders and parents for superior livestock.
