Betty Cecille Plymesser passed from this life on Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2020, in Oklahoma City at the age of 91. Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, Sept. 19, at 2 pm at the United Methodist Church of Arnett, with interment to follow at DeBolt Cemetery.
