Jim Bruce Welch, age 61, of Quinlan, took his last canoe ride on Jan. 29, 2022. Jim was born on Oct. 3, 1960, in Beaver, Oklahoma, to Delmar Cleveland Welch and Charity Elizabeth Wainwright Childress.
