Body Jackie Powell, 81, died Friday, Jan. 21, at University Medical Center in Lubbock after a fall at Mesa View Senior Living in Canadian. Private graveside services were held Wednesday, Jan. 26, at Edith Ford Memorial Cemetery with Ben Mathers officiating.

Body Norma Allen Patton, 76, of Canadian, passed on Jan. 15, 2022, in Amarillo.

Body Kelsey Bryan went home to be with Jesus on Friday, Jan. 14, 2022, in Canadian, following a two-year battle with bladder cancer. Funeral services were held at 2 pm on Tuesday, Jan. 18, at the First United Methodist Church of Canadian, with Rev. David Gerhardt officiating.

Body Alice Kay Shaw Hill was born in Hollywood, California, to Harold (Hal) R. and Alice Greenhalgh Shaw on March 30, 1940. She grew up in the family home in North Hollywood, California, after which she enrolled at UCLA and lived on campus.

Body Bruce Dean Ray, 62, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 25, 2021, in Arlington. A Celebration of Life for Bruce was held on Monday, Jan. 3, at the Pampa Church of God in Pampa with Carl Dawson officiating. Bruce was born on Feb.

Body Velma Smith Barton, of Lipscomb County, passed away on Dec. 21, 2021.

Body Quentin Isaacs passed away at his ranch home on Jan. 2, 2022, surrounded by his loving family and caregivers, having fully used up his mortal life at 103.
