I THINK NATHAN LEWIS has been a very good sheriff for Hemphill County! I was coming home late one night (down Highway 33) when two deputies had a vehicle stopped. They had two individuals handcuffed sitting on the ground while the deputies were searching the vehicle and a small trailer they were pulling.
