WASHINGTON, DC — Yesterday, Congressman Ronny Jackson (TX-13) and Senator Ted Cruz (TX) introduced the Livestock Indemnity Program Enhancement Act to help Texas livestock producers recover from the devastating wildfires that occurred in the Texas Panhandle earlier this year.

Area food producers/crafters, providers and advocates are invited to the Ogallala Common’s Texas Panhandle Local Food Summit on Tuesday, May 14. The Summit will be held at the Pampa EDC Building Meeting Room, located at 200 Ballard St. in downtown Pampa, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm.
