Senior Wildcat Cross-Country runner Rylun Clark competed in the State XC Meet at Round Rock on Monday and finished the 5K course in 16th-place, with a time of 16:27.18.

Clark’s goal following his first state meet last year was to cross this year’s finish line in under 17 minutes. He accomplished that with room to spare, setting a personal record in the event.
