The Canadian track-and-field teams saw a successful afternoon last Thursday during a very competitive District 1-3A/2-3A area track meet in Tulia.

The Lady Cats finished third overall, totaling 90 points, and advancing 10 athletes to the Region 1-3A track-and-field meet. Shallowater claimed the area championship with 154 points.
