Session topics include an introduction to KTB, rural recycling successes and challenges of rural recycling, and solid waste planning from the Panhandle Regional Planning Commission. Lunch is included.  KTB Staff Sara Walters and Zoë Killian will be there to answer all your KTB and Keep Texas Recycling questions!
