Amarillo’s ABC 7 News reported, on Monday, the receipt of DPS documents indicating the Texas Rangers’ investigation of Hemphill County Sheriff Nathan Lewis involved a complaint that he had threatened Juvenile Probation Officer Victoria Cook over a case she had handled.
