Hemphill County Attorney Kyle Miller reported the following disposition of four misdemeanor criminal cases last Wednesday, June 8.

•Esai Palacios pled guilty to theft of property, valued between $750 and $2,500, and was granted credit for time served (39 days) and to comply with all terms and conditions of probation. Palacios was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and all court costs.
