Billy  Dean  Hunt,  74,  of  Higgins,  died  Nov.  24,  2019. Memorial services are scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 25, 2020, at the Church of the Nazarene in Higgins, with Pastor Cawlie Johnson officiating.
